The following are free seminars that are being provided for the general public to attend to either participate, learn, watch or just to meet the team of Personal Trainer Marbella.

If you have a group of over 20 people, custom-designed, introductory courses can be arranged.

1st Saturday of every month @ 11:00

Frank invites you to join him at the base of the La Concha mountain in Marbella (Costa del Sol) for a series of exercises and techniques in order to work your abdominal area.

This seminar is specifically designed for those that want to firm up the entire abdominal region and lose the excess 'love handles" that can develop off their sides.

Be sure to bring with you water and if possible, an exercise mat.

The exercises and work involved for participants is rated: medium impact

2nd Sunday of every month @ 17:00

Whilst at a stunning setting at the beach in Marbella, Frank will run you through several steps within his unique "preventative training" techniques.

This is not only for athletes and those that are exercising all the time, it is also geared for those that do very little exercise. These individuals are far more prone to accidents, and injury in every-day life.
