
I don't expect you to take my word for the level of professional personal training that I provide. The following are some comments made by my clients throughout the past few years.
Allan Lionett 44 years, Factory worker..
When I was 19 years old I decided to quit a promesing cikling carriere. Within 1 year I gained on around 30 kilos and I never seemed to loose them again. When I turned 40 I had enough of beeing fat and my friends gave me a gift at christmas: a certifiket to a gym and 5 months training with personal trainer Frank Naundrup.
We started training the 2 of january 2006. My weight was at that time 117,8 kilos. I went to the gym 4-5 times a week and Frank followed me 3 times a week. My goal was to be around 100 kilo in mid april when me and my friends had our yearly fishing trip.
Frank put me on a intensiv program, without changing my eating happets that much. I was very serious because I felt this was my chance to prove to myself and my friends, who were very jalous during the whole time, that I was able to reach my goal. The 11. of April my weight was down to 95,2 kg. After the 5 months with Frank I was down to 87,6kg.
For more than 20 years I have never been so fit and happy. After the 5 months I continued to work out without help of Frank. He gave me instructions and a program to continue by myself. Frank learned me how to enjoy my work out. He changed my life and I hope others will have the same experience working with him. Thank you

In the age of 17 I moved up from the youth team to the first team in the best league in Denmark. The first 2 years I had a hard time getting time on the court and I had a hard time taking all the physical beating you get playing basketball.
The summer before I turned 20 I started to workout with my teammate and personal trainer Frank Naundrup. I really wanted to get some muscles. I went to the gym 3-4 times a week In 15 weeks I gained on 6kg of muscles and got much more speed at the same time. The following season I was in the starting lineup, and became one of the topscores in the whole leauge. The highlight came when I got drafted to the Danich national team. I had not really worked out before but Frank helped me with the motivation. I give a lot of credit to Frank because of his way to make me work hard, and at the same time make it funny.

For 6 years I have played on the highest level in the Danish basketball leauge. The first 3 years I struggled with a lot of injuries, especially because I didn't really like to go to the gym and get my body ready for a hard season. The results were that I missed the playoffs because I was injuried in the end of the season. I finally decided to follow Franks training program to see if it helped. I gained on a few kg and at the same time I got more athletic and fit.
The last 3 seasons I haven't suffered from one injury at all and I played every single game 3 seasons straight. Frank showed me what fitness can do for you and also how to enjoy working out which was just as important for me.
Imelda Suta, 19 years old, student from Denmark
From I was 10 till 17 I used to do Karate three times a week . Suddenly I had too much and I stopped. My weight said 63 at that time. For 6 months I did absolutely nothing which resulted in 11 extra kilos. I tried to go to the gym because I felt the motivation was there. But nothing happend. I lost 3 kilos but gained it on again. I stopped eating breakfast and I felt like I had tried everything to get rid of the kilos. I decided to spend some money on a personal trainer.
I knew about Frank from one of his clients and I got in contact with him which was a very good decision. He made a program for me. I went to the gym with Frank twice a week and I went there once a week by myself. I didn't really change what I was eating but Frank told me to eat breakfast every morning and I did. I lost 10 kilos in 3 months and 3 weeks. What seemed to be impossible was now reality. In the beginning I was very motivated but even though I saw progress of the work out, I lost motivation after 2 months. Frank helped me continue and he reminded me of my goal and I kept on going. The following month Frank followed me once a week to make sure I didn't quit. He also gave me a program to continue. I am now fit and I am glad. It was a lot ofmoney for me to spend on a personal trainer but it was worth it.
Bente Kristine Faistrup, 63 years old, retired.
When I was younger I used to be very fit, but when I got older I started to gain on a lot of weight. My husband and I loved to have a glass of wine in the evening and after that a big icecream at the baker. We really ate a lot but didn't think about the consequences. Suddenly after 1 year and 3 months I had gained on around 18 kilos. My grand children always tell me that I think to much of how I look which is probably right but even though I'm getting older I still want to look good, why not?! I had the money and I decided to try a personal trainer because I didn't know anything about fitness at all. I remember one time I went to a gym, just to see how much it would cost me and I meat Frank in the reception. We had a very quick chat and he gave me his bussiness card.
I found the card in my wallet and I deecided to call him. I was a little shy and didn't know if it would work for me. I had a free consultation and we talked about my goals and what I wanted to do with my body. Loose weight I told him. We started the 18. of September 2006 and my weight was 78 kilos at that time. Frank made a program for me and we went to the gym twice a week and beside that I walked a lot myself. After the first month I had lost 3 kilos which was a great start for me. Frank changed the program a couple of times because I could do more and more and I also became more and more confident and tried some of the mascines. Sometime I was not as serious as I could have been but Frank really motivated me and made me have a good time. The 30. of April 2007 my weight was 62,3 kilos. I didn't believe it. My confidence had never been so high. I kept on going with Frank for another 6 weeks, just once a week. He gave me a new program which I had to use in the future. I bought a training bike, a row mascine and a running mascine, which were the three mascines I used the most. I didn't have to go to the gym now I kept on doing the wotk out at home with my husband.
Bettina Hougaard Bryder, 43 years old
In my young days I used to be very skinny and fit. My body was just perfect. When I turned 36 I had a mental illness and I had to take a lot of medicine. The medicine made me eat a lot more than I used to and I gained on 16 kilos in 1,5 year. I felt so bad looking in the mirror and my confidence was nothing.
I decided to try a personal trainer because I never went to a gym and I simply didn't know where to start. Frank made a program for me when my weight said 68,3kg. Most of it was cycle, step,rowing and walk/run. I was very sceptical in the beginning because I was a woman at 42 and I was actually a little shy. It changed my eating happets a little but not much, for example I stopped eating a bag of chips every night. I went to the gym 3 times a week and Frank followed me twice a week. The 1 month I losts 4,5 kilos. I was so happy I started to enjoy going to the gym because I saw progress. After 4 months and 2 weeks my weight was down to 55,1 which was around my goal. Frank kept on going with me for a month to keep an eye on me and that was what I needed, and he told me how to continue without his help. I had a very good time with Frank. There was time for fun but at the same time he was very serious and he was very good at motivating an old lady like me. I'm very satisfied with the result. I hope my story can make other do the same thing.
